| Important Edu Ordering Information |
To purchase an edu-discounted license, the following steps must be taken:
- Fax a copy of your faculty or student id to 866-206-2349 (toll free)
- Submit purchase via this website for the discounted product for which you qualify.
The credit card transaction will NOT take place until your faxed identification
has been matched with your order.
The name on your credit card will be encoded in the license key that you receive.
Your name, spelled exactly as it is seen on your credit card, will have to be entered when you license Chartsmith.

| Other Important Ordering Information |
Upon submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have
received your order. Your order will then be processed and you will receive a second email
containing the license key(s) that you have purchased.
Orders of multiple licenses will result in a single license key being provided for the number
of users specified. If, instead, you would like to receive a 1-user license key for each license purchased,
please indicate this when ordering.
Volume discounts are available - please contact us.
Purchases of Chartsmith require that you download the application, then later license it with
the license key that is provided. We are not shipping shrink-wrapped packages at this time.
